ROLE: ADMINISTRATOR ? EARLY YEARS BUSINESS SYSTEMS AND USER SUPPORTS

DIRECTORATE: Early Years Operations

GRADE: 2

REPORTING TO: Early Years Business Systems & User Supports Coordinator

ROLE PURPOSE/SUMMARY:

To provide Service Excellence to our customers and colleagues by
building a deep understanding of their needs, requirements and
expectations and consistently meeting, managing and exceeding their
expectations in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.

Early Years Business Systems and User Supports is a business unit that
provides a range of management and support services in respect of
Pobal?s

commitments across early year?s programmes. This role will provide
administration support to the development, delivery and maintenance of
the business systems and associated user supports; ensuring the
processes are well managed and supported; and that product is
effective and fit-for-purpose is meeting Pobal?s business needs and
capability in providing excellence in service.

The key areas of work will include supporting the management of
existing and transitioning programmes, user access and data integrity
of EYP and PIP, assisting with the planning and execution support of
UAT, and support of ongoing activities related to project management
od service development workloads.

Our goal is to make our technology an asset that integrates seamlessly
in our work, providing solutions that are key to our capability in
providing service excellence and agility.

The Business Process and Systems Support Administrator will be a part
of the team responsible for the delivery of the agreed programme of
work on behalf of DCEDIY. The key areas of work will encompass the
following main areas.

* Administrative support to multiple concurrent UAT coordination
activities
* Administrative support to the BSUS team, workshop notes, actions
etc.
* Process and procedure clarifications and updates in support of the
Service Delivery Team
* Supporting programme development and implementation activities
including programme readiness and master data administration supports
* User access reviews, audits, supporting documentation
* Data clean-up, documentation of process, learnings etc.
